POM Refund Policy: Transparency and Fairness for Your Shopping Experience

Eligible Items:

Most items purchased on POM are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they adhere to the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original packaging: The item should be in its original, undamaged condition with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Not personalized or custom-made: Items designed specifically for you cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Not perishable goods or undergarments: Due to hygiene concerns, these items are not eligible for returns.

Exceptions:

Please note that some exceptions may apply depending on the individual seller’s policy. You can find details on individual seller policies on their profile page. Additionally, items marked as “non-returnable” are excluded from this policy.

Reasons for Refund:

We accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Order Non-Delivery: If your order fails to reach you within the stipulated timeframe, we will issue a full refund upon verification.
  • Damaged or Defective Item: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return it for a full refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
  • Significantly Different from Description: If an item does not match the online description provided, you can return it for a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: While we encourage careful consideration before purchase, we understand that sometimes plans change. We accept returns for change of mind within the 14-day window, subject to a restocking fee (details below).

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Open a ticket through our Support Center (support.pom.pk) clearly stating the reason for your return and attaching photos if applicable.
  2. Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on returning the item to the seller or POM directly.
  3. Return Verification: Once we receive and verify the returned item meets our policy, we will initiate the refund process.
  4. Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The timing may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order non-delivery, damaged/defective items, or incorrect items.
  • restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns for change of mind.
  • We encourage you to review seller ratings and policies before purchasing, as individual seller policies may differ slightly from POM’s general policy.
